When you make a reservation, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the delivery/pickup address you provide, along with your selected package and dates. If you pay online, payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details.

We use your information only to fulfill your rental — scheduling delivery and pickup, contacting you about your order, and processing payment. We may send you order-related messages by phone, text, or email.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our payment processor) and when required by law.
Data Retention
We keep reservation records as long as needed for our business and tax purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
